Message from SOF

Dear Parents,

SOF (Science Olympiad Foundation) is happy to announce that the registration of SOF Olympiad exams 2023-24 is now open!

SOF Olympiad exams are diagnostic tests aimed at assisting you to identify weak areas in each student and improve them through focused efforts. Olympiads also acknowledge good performance, motivate and make student competition ready.

Medium: English

Exam Fee: Rs. 150/- per subject

Examination Centre and Time:

LEVEL 1: The first level of the test is organized in the respective schools of the participants during school hours.

LEVEL 2: Level 2 is held in centers finalized by SOF.

SOF EXAM SCHEDULE 2023-24
The schedule of Olympiad exams for 2023-24 (LEVEL 1) is shared in the table above.

2ND LEVEL EXAMS(2nd/3rd Sunday of Feb 24)
Dates for the 2nd level exam will be announced by January 2023.

2ND LEVEL Exams will be held for students of grades 3 to 12 for English, Science and Math Only.

ISSO, IGKO, ICO & NCO will be SINGLE LEVEL exams.

FEE: No additional fee is charged for appearing in 2nd-level exams.

CRITERIA:

QUALIFICATION FOR 2ND LEVEL OLYMPIAD EXAMS :

Students fulfilling either of the following 3 criteria will qualify for 2nd level Olympiads exams:

Top 5% of students, class-wise who appear for the 1st level exam. Due priority to marks scored in different sections will be given to determine ranks in case of a tie of marks.
From each Zone – top 25 rank holders from each class.
Class topper from each participating school where at least 10 students from a class appear in the exam & scores 50% qualifying marks.

RESULTS

The results will be declared in approximately 6 weeks’ time after the Olympiad.
